How to use for Thyroid Health?

• Take 1–2 teaspoons of Naked First Castor Oil and apply it to the fleece side of your Thyroid Compress.
• Place the compress directly over the thyroid area, on the front of your neck. Relax for 30–60 minutes, allowing the oil to absorb deeply into the skin.
• For optimal results, repeat the process 3–5 times a week, with each session lasting at least one hour.
