- Standard and express delivery options are available at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer LawIn line with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair,replacement, or refund in the event of a faulty or misrepresented product.
Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns orexchanges for change of mind.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for items confirmed to be faulty.
How to Lodge a Return or Refund Request
To begin a return or refund process:
- Send an email to info@nakedfirst.com.au including your order number anda brief explanation of the issue.
- We’ll provide return instructions along with the appropriate return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll get in touch to confirm theoutcome.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account,depending on your financial institution.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact uswithin 7 days of receiving your delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Australia Post – Updated Policy on Damaged Deliveries
If your item was damaged during delivery via Australia Post, please note thefollowing updated procedures:
- In-Person Inspection Required: Damaged items must be taken to yourlocal Australia Post office for physical inspection. This is a mandatory stepfor processing any compensation or refund requests.
- Retain the Item: Please do not dispose of the damaged product beforeinspection. It must be presented in its current condition.
- Photos Not Accepted: Australia Post no longer accepts photo evidence ofdamage. Only items physically presented will be considered for claims.
Once the inspection has been completed, we’ll guide you through the next steps for areplacement or refund, including any shipping reimbursement if applicable.
